You can call the automated telephone line on 0845 601 7620 to reach an automated response system, which enables credit and debit card payments to be made using a keypad telephone.

If you prefer to speak to a member of staff, Council officers are able to accept card payments over the telephone for a wide range of our services.  Please ask for the relevant department to your payment or call the Council's helpline on 01992 785577.
