Business Rates Appeals
You can appeal against your rateable value
if:-
- the Valuation Office Agency changes your rateable value and you
disagree with the new valuation, or
- there is a material change in circumstances which you believe
affects the value of your property, such as:
- a change in its physical state or use
- a physical change in the locality
- a change in the use of a neighbouring property.
You should first contact the Valuation Office Agency to ask them
to look at your rateable value. Their contact details
