Trading Standards serves to safeguard the interests of consumers
and the business community.
This service is delivered by Hertfordshire County Council
Consumer Direct Trading Standards who are based at 45 Grovenor
Road, St Albans,
Herts AL1 3AW.
Consumer Direct is a national Government-funded consumer
advice service, which works in partnership with trading standards
departments across the country including Hertfordshire.
It is the first port of call for consumers requiring advice
about their rights, information or simply to make a complaint and
is available on 0845 404 0506.
