Development opportunities

key sites available for development in the Borough of
Broxbourne.
The Park Plaza North and Hazelmere Marina sites are located in
the area identified for the Waltham Cross
Renaissance project and in close proximity to the White
Water Canoe Centre, which will host the canoe slalom events during
the 2012 Olympic games.
