Park Plaza site

Park Plaza is on land in Waltham Cross, to the north east of Junction 25 of the M25 and east of the A10, and is now an operating key employment site in the Borough. Planning permission for the News Printers Assets Ltd (a subsidiary of News International) print works was granted in October 2005, and the building was completed and in full use in Summer 2008.

The Northern area of Park Plaza, currently owned by the Co-op, is still designated as a key employment site, despite planning permission having now expired. This strategic site has good transport links, and now has proper access and services. It is likely that the rest of Park Plaza will be a high-tech business site, increasing the number of high-growth industries in the Borough.
