Sustainable Community Strategy for 2010 - 2021

The Sustainable Community Strategy forms the overarching strategic plan for public and voluntary sector bodies that provide services in the Borough. It provides the framework within which the Broxbourne Local Strategic Partnership works.

Broxbourne Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) is the body charged with producing the Sustainable Community Strategy, implementing the action plan and monitoring progress towards meeting the priorities it has identified. Members of the partnership come from a wide range of organisations, both statutory and voluntary, which provide services for people that live and work in the Borough.

Local Development Framework (LDF)

The Broxbourne LDF is a portfolio of planning documents that set out how land will be used and developed, how important spaces will be protected from development and how associated infrastructure and services will be provided in the Borough. The Core Strategy document sets out plans to guide new development, regenerate neighbourhoods, improve services and facilities and protect the environment.
