Development opportunities
This gallery provides pictures, maps and information on
key sites available for development in the Borough of
Broxbourne.
The Park Plaza North and Hazlemere Marina sites are located in
the area identified for the Waltham Cross
Renaissance project in close proximity to the White Water Canoe
Centre, which will host the canoe slalom events during
the 2012 Olympic games.
Broxbourne Council has also produced a document to profile the Borough of
Broxbourne for potential inward investors.
