The Essex Road Gateway site comprises two parcels
of land that are suitable for development, labelled one and
two on the above image. Land parcel one is 1.2 hectares in area
and land parcel two is 0.77 hectares in area. Both parcels of
land are owned by multiple owners. To discuss proposals,
