Theobalds Grove west
The Theobalds Grove west site is 0.13 hectares in area and is
owned by Network Rail. To discuss proposals directly with the

The site is suitable for the development of housing, small
starter businesses within classes A2 (financial and professional)
and B1 (office), or certain community facilities, such as a
community hall or health centre. The area available for development
is outlined in black on the above image. Any re-development
would need to take into account the following town planning
policies:
The development must contribute to the
overall renaissance of Waltham Cross,
provide a footway to an adoptable standard between the site and the
High Street, and take into account Lifetime Home standards.
