The Turnford Surfacing site is 1 hectare in area and is owned by
Mr Howard Victor Jones. To discuss proposals, please

The derelict site is suitable for a high quality
residential development scheme. The land is divided
into three sections, as shown on the conceptual layout
above:
- a 20 space commuter car park;
- high quality river frontage town
housing; and
- a distinct and attractive cul-de-sac
development.
Any re-development would need to take
into account the following town planning policies:
The Council would expect any scheme to provide
a high quality development which achieves at least Sustainable
Homes Code Level 3, and provides affordable housing and other
community benefits.
