| After - restricted access to alleyway |
Local residents at the Waltham Cross and Theobalds neighbourhood forum
asked the Council to consider designing a scheme to resolve the
problem of anti-social behaviour, primarily fly-tipping, in
the alleyway to the rear of properties in King's Road. The
occupiers and owners of all 10 of the residential properties
adjoining the alleyway were consulted in August 2008 on a proposal
to gate the alleyway by providing two gates, one providing access
to the rear of properties in Kings Road and the other providing
access alongside No. 20 Cross Road. The total cost of the
project was £1,320.
