Society for the Blind

Hertfordshire Society for the Blind caters for all
ages and runs eight Sight Information Points throughout the county,
once a month. At these points, information is provided about
support services for people with low vision. There are
demonstrations of equipment available to assist with daily
living and maintain independence. The Society also has a home
visiting service and service information points at six eye
clinics. It provides a Sight Line to give advice and a
Resource Centre, by appointment only, for those who cannot get to
the Sight Information Points.
