Hertford Regional College

Hertford Regional College logo

If you are looking for a new hobby, interest or to develop a new or existing skill then Hertford Regional College should have a course to suit you.  The College has now moved into modern new buildings at both the Ware and Broxbourne Centres, whilst some of the leisure and general interest courses are based in high quality venues specially chosen to bring the College close to where you live.  Courses in languages, drawing, painting, craft skills, photography, computing and using the Internet are just a taster of what is available.

If there is a group who are interested in doing a specific course, for example using the Internet, email or tracing your family history, the College may be able to organise this.  There may also be funding available that helps support your course with some of the costs.

Facilities and services that are open to the public include a licensed restaurant and specialist hairdressing and beauty salons.  The Sports Centre on the Broxbourne site is now open for community use during evenings, weekends and school holidays, with activities including badminton and table tennis available.

For more information contact Hertford Regional College's Community Learning Coordinator, Jane Farish, on 01992 411852 or email jfarish@hrc.ac.uk.  To request course guides, find out about community facilities or for any other queries about the College, call the College's Information Centre on 01992 411411 or see the Hertford Regional College website.  For more information about community use of the Sports Centre, call Broxbourne Council on 01992 445375.
