HAD (Hertfordshire Action on Disability)
Hertfordshire Action on Disability provides a
transport service for those in the community who, because of
disability or age, cannot travel around easily. The transport
service is designed to help people to travel around 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, for both one-off and regular journeys, often at
short notice.
