  • Outline planning application for the redevelopment of the western playing fields, former St Mary's School, for residential, with vehicular access off Dark Lane, emergency vehicular access at the eastern boundary, and other associated works - Former St Marys High School Western Playing Fields West of Dark Lane Churchgate Cheshun Hertfordshire EN8 (Ref: 07/18/0022/O)
  • Erection of a part two/part three storey rear extension comprising four flats - 106 High Street Hoddesdon Hertfordshire EN11 8HD (Ref: 07/18/0033/F)
  • Listed building consent for 1. Removal of failed and rotten wooden garden gate, lintel and frame between Old Rectory and St Lawrence's churchyard and replacement with identical replica new gate (Douglas Fir), frame and lintel (Oak) to match existing. Re-using existing door furniture (or similar style where not salvageable), overhauled as appropriate and adding new bolts to Old Rectory side (in appropriate material and finish to match). 2. Repair and re-instatement of 2 failed brick piers to either side of gate top and of 3 brick courses above lintel using salvaged bricks where possible and additional handmade reclaimed bricks in size and colour to match existing.
