Scrutiny Panel
One of the Council’s objectives is to focus on
providing excellent customer care for its residents. Accordingly an
informal Scrutiny Panel on the Council’s customer care was set up
to conduct a review of customer care across the Council’s services.
The panel comprised Councillor Paul Seeby as chairman and the
following councillors as panel members – Clemerson, Crump-Eynon,
Hart, Pearce and Perryman.
The work of the informal Scrutiny Panel on the Council's
customer care has now concluded. A report on the Panel's
