Pay transparency statement
To aid greater public understanding of senior roles in the
Council and their remuneration, Broxbourne Council publishes an
annual Pay Policy Statement
in accordance with Part 1, Chapter 8 of the Localism Act 2011, and
the guidance issued by the secretary of State for Communities and
Local Government.
It also publishes an annual pay transparency statement which
aims to meet the requirements of the Code of Recommended Practice
for Local Authorities on Data Transparency. The Pay transparency statement
2011 is available to view online.
