Freedom of Information Act 2000
Under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 the Council has a duty to specify what information it will
publish (in terms of information 'classes'), how the information is
made available, and whether it is available free of charge or upon
payment.
A copy of the Council's publication scheme is
available from the related links section on the right of the
page. In addition, a draft revised publication scheme is available
on which the Council is currently seeking feedback.

comment on the draft scheme by emailing memberservices@broxbourne.gov.uk
