Meetings, Agendas and Minutes
The agenda and minutes of all Council meetings
are published on this section of the website. Agendas for each
meeting will be published five days before the meeting, along with
those reports to be considered. Reports containing certain
‘exempt’ information (for example, details relating to individuals,
the prosecution of crime etc) are not published, though this is
relatively rare. Where reports are not available five days before a
meeting, they will be made available as soon as is reasonably
practical.
A record of decisions taken at meetings – the
information sheet – is published as soon as possible (around two
working days) after each meeting.
To find documents for any Council meeting,
select the name of the meeting from the menu on the left of this
page. Agendas, minutes, reports and information sheets can be found
in the related links section at the bottom right of the webpage for
each meeting.
Prior to May 2011 the Council operated a
committee system of decision making. Agendas, minutes, reports and information
sheets for meetings under the committee system.
