Climate Change
The Council has appointed a Climate Change
Panel to undertake a prioritised work programme relating to climate
change and carbon reduction. The Panel is time limited and it
will report its findings and recommendations in due course to the
appropriate executive committee(s) of the Council.
The membership of the Panel comprises
Councillors R.Clemerson (Chairman), G.Clark, J.Pearce and
M.Watson. Mrs Jan Metcalf has been appointed as a co-opted
member of the Panel. The Panel’s inaugural meeting was held
in September 2010 and the agendas and reports for each meeting of
the Panel can be viewed in this section.
The Panel's has agreed a programme of
meetings which are held at the Borough Offices, Cheshunt and
members of the public are welcome to attend.
