Council
The full Council of 38 members meets six times a year
(including the Annual Council meeting) and besides determining the
budget and setting the Council Tax determines policy framework and
a range of other matters which must be either reserved to the
Council by law or it has decided should be undertaken by itself
rather than the executive.
