Discounts and exemptions
You
could qualify for a reduction in the amount of council tax you pay,
for example:
- if only one adult lives there, or is counted as living
there
- if the property is empty and unfurnished
- you may qualify for council tax benefit or second adult
rebate
- if you are disabled, a student or fall into another disregarded
category
