Control surveyors are always pleased to discuss
prospective developments with applicants, agents, developers
and owners or builders and to offer practical advice and
guidance on ways to satisfy the requirements of relevant
legislation.
They can also facilitate meetings or consultation with other key
members of the development team including planning, environmental health, drainage or
highways.
They meet regularly with colleagues from the Fire Authority with
whom there is an excellent working relationship,
thus enabling a highly efficient customer
focused service.
