Provision of building control information
Certain information relating to applications deposited
under the Building Regulations or Bylaws may be made available to
the owner of the property or their agent, subject to certain
conditions. There is a charge for this service and fees are not
refundable even if the requested information cannot be
provided.
Copies of Approval Notices and Completion
Certificates are also available to property owners or solicitors
acting on their behalf.
The provision of
information form should be completed and returned with the
