SHLAA sites
The map above identifies possible sites for redevelopment
identified in the Council’s Strategic
Housing Land Allocation Assessment (SHLAA). The deliverability
of the majority of the sites is expected between 2016 and 2021. The
SHLAA estimated that approximately 45 housing units will be
delivered between 2009 and 2016, 331 housing units will be
delivered between 2016 and 2021 and 35 housing units will be
delivered between 2021 and 2026.
