Permission was granted by the Council’s Planning and Licensing
Committee in September 2010 for a two storey side extension to
create an additional retail unit on the ground floor and five two
bed dwellings on the first floor at 110 to 114 High Street, subject
to planning obligations and additional conditions being met by the
applicant.
