THE BOROUGH OF BROXBOURNE (CONTROL OF PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2011

The restrictions which apply in the Borough are recorded by map based plans. These maps were last updated in 2008 following The Borough of Broxbourne (Control of parking) (Consolidation) Order 2008. Since then 37 new written Orders have been made and these are incorporated in The Borough of Broxbourne (Control of parking) (Consolidation) Order 2011. The order was made on 23rd May 2012.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from 16 May 2012 make an application for this purpose to the High Court.
