If you are intending to carry
out changes to your property you may require
planning permission and need to submit an application to the Council. Regardless of
the need for planning permission, you may require building
regulations approval or you may require the building regulations

applications online through the Planning Portal.

Please be aware that from 14 March 2013 there will be a
2% transaction fee to settle Council charges by credit card.
There is no charge if you pay by debit card.
