Opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays (except Waltham Cross 9am to 4pm Saturdays). The shops close at 3:30pm on the last Thursday of every month. There is a planning surgery at the Hoddesdon One Stop Shop on Mondays between 9.30 and 10.30 am where a planning officer is available to offer planning advice without appointment. A similar surgery is held at Waltham Cross One Stop Shop between 9.30 and 10.30 am on Wednesdays.

The Borough Offices, Bishops' College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Tuesdays to 7.30pm) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

To hold a local inquiry into

 

An application for planning permission by St James Leisure Ltd referred to the First Secretary of State under section 77 of the 1990 Act for Removal of tennis dome and replacement with hotel bedroom wing with underground bedroom, function and leisure facilities below restored walled garden and alterations to mansion to provide 20 hotel rooms on the site, namely; Hertfordshire Golf and Country Club, White Stubbs Lane, Broxbourne (7/1130/07)
