Annual Monitoring Reports
As their name suggests, Annual Monitoring
Reports (AMRs) are prepared every year to monitor the number of
dwellings and amount of employment and retail floorspace that has
been built or committed for development. The purpose to the
AMR to is monitor how well the borough is doing against targets and
to consider whether planning policies or development control
decisions should be altered to help achieve local objectives.
