Annual Monitoring Reports
As their name suggests, Annual Monitoring
Reports (AMRs) are prepared every year to monitor the number of
dwellings and amount of employment and retail floorspace that has
been built or committed for development.
The purpose of the AMR to is monitor the
Borough's progress against targets and to consider whether planning
policies or development management decisions should be altered to
help achieve local objectives.
The 2011/12 AMR has now been published and is available
below.
