For your recycling not your rubbish!
There are 26 Neighbourhood
Recycling Centres (NRCs), and two Household Waste
Recycling Centres (HWRCs) situated across the
Borough.
Please leave NRCs in a clean and tidy condition
by following these rules:
- Flatten your cardboard
- Put your recycling inside the banks provided
- Only recycle plastic
bottles
- If banks are full don't leave your recycling on the
floor, give Helpline a call.
- No household rubbish please

Adopt-a-NRC
You can contribute to making sure that NRCs are kept clean
and tidy by contacting the Council when bins are nearly
full to overflowing or the site is littered, and by picking up
small amounts of rubbish if you wish. For more information and
to receive the appropriate equipment, then please ring
the Helpline.
