Assisted refuse collection
The Council offer an assisted collection
service of refuse, recycling and garden waste to residents who
are elderly, disabled or infirm.
Residents on exemptions are able to leave
their refuse and recycling at a place that is convenient to them,
but obviously within reason as the crew need to be able to access
the materials easily.
If you feel that you qualify for an assisted collection, then
please contact the Council's helpline, and a form will be sent out
and assessed on a case by case basis.
Exemptions are renewable on an annual basis
and run from 1 April to 31 March every year.
