Household waste recycling centres
Household
Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) can not only accept
waste, but a large variety of household material can
be recycled here. The following table shows a sample of these
materials:

There are two HWRCs in the
Borough at the following locations:

Turnford Household Waste Recycling Centre
At Brookfield Farm,, Fairways, Cheshunt.

Hoddesdon Household Waste Recycling Centre
At Pindar Road Industrial Estate, off Essex Road, Hoddesdon.
Both sites are open daily from 08:00 until 18:00.
Closed Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
