Graffiti

Graffiti-before

Graffiti can spoil the enjoyment of the local environment and if not cleared can lead to a situation where crime and other anti-social behaviours can thrive.  If graffiti is not dealt with it can lead to a negative perception of an area, including fostering a feeling that 'nobody cares'. This leads to further crime and anti-social behaviour.
