SHLAA sites
The map above identifies possible sites for redevelopment
identified in the Council’s Strategic Housing Land Allocation
Assessment (SHLAA). The deliverability of the majority of the sites
is expected between 2021 and 2026. The SHLAA estimated that
approximately 127 housing units will be delivered between 2010 and
2016, 241 housing units will be delivered between 2016 and 2021 and
377 housing units will be delivered between 2021 and 2026.
