Redevelopment opportunities
The map above shows sites in Waltham Cross town centre that have
been developed or are under development. In the case of the
Conservative Club planning permission has been granted.
In addition, the Council has identified the following four areas
of the town centre as having redevelopment potential:
- Northern part of the High Street
- Bus Station / Post Office and Eleanor Cross Road
- Pavilions Shopping Centre
- The Roundel
The redevelopment and improvement of these key areas will
support the delivery of the Council’s vision for Waltham Cross town
centre.
