Level 2 Award in food safety in catering

This course is suitable for all food handlers requiring a basic level of food hygiene understanding. The course consists of a minimum of eight hours training, with a short test at the end of the course. Candidates who pass this test are awarded a Level 2 Award Certificate. 

A Level 2 Award in Food Safety in catering course has been provisionally organised for Wednesday 10th October 2012 from 8.45am to approximately 4.30pm in The Spanish Ambassador's Suite at Bishops' College, Churchgate, Cheshunt.

A number of other organisations offer similar food hygiene training.  Providers offer courses in other languages eg. Italian, Turkish, Kurdish, Bengali and Chinese. The CIEH website provides a list of trainers.
