Food Law enforcement plan
Since April 2001, the Food Standards Agency has required all
local authorities to produce a service plan setting out how food
enforcement activities are to be delivered. The plan was also
required to provide details of the inspection programme.
The Council's Food and Health and Safety workplans are
currently being reviewed by the Environmental Services Committee.
