Waste management
Food businesses have a duty which says that you must take
all reasonable steps to keep waste safe. Authorised waste oil
contractors must be used and receipts kept as evidence.
Here is a list of some waste oil removers licensed by the
Environment Agency authorised contractors who collect
in this Borough. Alternatively, search for authorised waste
removers on the Environment Agency
website.
