Health and Wellbeing event
The Ethnic Minority Association for Broxbourne (EMA), in
partnership with Herts Mind Network (HMN) and Hertfordshire
Partnership NHS Foundation Trust invite you to a Health and
Wellbeing Event. Parking and admission are
free.
Venue: Hertford Regional College
Date and time: Thursday 19 January, 5pm -
8pm
All participants will have a chance to talk to various providers
from local organisations, including the Alzheimer Society, GPs,
mental health charities, NHS Stop Smoking services, and to have
blood pressure checks and even beauty treatments.
There will also be a great opportunity to take part in a variety
of exercise demonstrations including Zumba, belly dancing and
more.
