Acupuncture , tattooist, piercing and electrolysis

The Registration is issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 provided premises comply with the relevant bye-laws.

Under the above Act any person or business carrying out a process which pierces the skin  i.e. ear piercing, electrolysis, tattooing, acupuncture, as well as the premises in which they carry out the activity are required to be registered with the Council.

All applications for skin piercing registration need to be made in writing by completing the application form and returning the completed form along with the relevant fee to:

Environmental Health, Borough of Broxbourne,  Bishops College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, EN8 9XE

Please note all application fees are not refundable.
