Following the transfer of the Council's housing stock to
Broxbourne Housing Association, the Council no longer owns or
manages properties. Instead, we work with Broxbourne Housing
Association, other housing associations
in the Borough and private landlords to provide a stock of homes
that meets the needs of our community.
The Council has a statutory duty to produce several strategies
relating to housing on a periodic basis. To browse these
