Following the transfer of the Council's housing stock to B3
Living, the Council no longer owns or manages properties.
Instead, we work with B3 Living, other housing associations in the Borough and private
landlords to provide a stock of homes that meets the needs of our
community.
The Council has a statutory duty to produce several strategies
relating to housing on a periodic basis.
