Housing Needs Section
The housing needs section's work includes:
- Housing advice
- Homelessness and homelessness prevention
- Housing and transfer registers (waiting lists for housing
association homes)
- Nominations to housing association homes
Housing Leaflets and Forms are
available to read online.
Contacting housing needs
Emergency
If you are homeless and the Council Offices are closed, please
call our out of hours emergency line on 01992 639 561.

Please note that housing needs share a reception with
the housing benefits and council tax sections on the
ground floor of the Borough Offices in Bishops' College.
On Tuesday evenings and Saturdays we only offer a counter
service.
