Landlords' Forum

The Council organises a Landlords' Forum every six months for
private landlords and letting agencies. This is an
opportunity for landlords to learn about new legislation and to ask
questions of Council officers.
The last Landlords' Forum was
held on Thursday 22 March with 33 people
attending. Talks were given by both guest speakers and
landlords.
At the meeting, an update was given on recent and future
changes to housing benefits. There was also a
presentation on the recently launched Council’s
SimpleLets scheme and its success so far.
All attendees at the Landlords' Forum will receive an invitation
by post or an email confirming the agenda and guest speakers
for the next meeting. If you have any suggestions about who
you would like to hear from at the next meeting, or how
