Mortgages
The Council provides services to households with mortgage
difficulties.
In 2008, the Government announced plans to implement a Mortgage
Rescue Scheme in the UK. This programme was successfully
implemented in Broxbourne and is available to Borough
residents. The Council works in partnership with the Citizens'
Advice Bureau to offer mortgage advice and assistance to households
in difficulty.
If you are experiencing problems with your mortgage, make sure
you address the problem as soon as possible. You can start by
