Jobs and Skills Fair 2011
Over 400 people seeking employment visited
this year’s Jobs and Skills Fair held at Grundy Park Leisure
Centre, Cheshunt on Thursday 6 October between 10.30am and
3.30pm.
The event, organised by Broxbourne Council in
partnership with Jobcentre Plus, gave visitors the opportunity to
engage with employers and local businesses. Those who attended the
annual event were also offered the chance to take part in various
free of charge workshops that covered CV writing, advice on self
employment, volunteering and work experience.
