LES MILLSTM programmes are updated every three months with new choreography, music and instructor education to ensure they are fresh, up to date and in line with the latest research, creating group exercise experiences enjoyed by millions around the world.

   is for anyone looking to get lean and toned.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition,   gives you a total body workout using scientifically proven moves and techniques.

Synrgy 360 at The Laura Trott Leisure Centre

Synrgy 360 classes at The Laura Trott Leisure Centre offer a multi-functional training solution for sports enthusiasts at all fitness levels, offering instructor led core training, weight loss, strength training and sport specific training.  Classes will get you on a circuit of various components including a cable station, rebounder, suspension chin up bar, rock grip chin up bar, power pivot, step-up platform and boxing, all set to its own lighting and sound sytem.
