The NCT
Becoming a parent can be daunting, especially if someone is the
first in their peer group. There’s nothing like hearing it from
people who have done it before. The NCT is the UK's leading
parenting charity and the local support services and
groups are run by parents for parents.
They can be a lifeline in the early days, as well as a bit of fun
through shared experiences and continue to be a
valuable support as children get
older.

rights, local birthplace options, what you ‘really’ need to buy for
the baby and the chance to socialise over coffee to
build local support networks.

Monday morning meet
up
A weekly Monday morning meet up for
all mums, dads, carers and ladies with bumps at Starbucks, 10am -
11am. (Brookfield Farm, in between Marks and Spencers and Tesco).
Pop into Starbucks to shake off the Monday morning blues, or before
doing your shopping. A great chance to meet up with other
local parents/pregnant ladies and chat with Bethany, an NCT
volunteer, who will be there each week.
Bumps and Babes Coffee
Group
If you have a bump or a little one,
come along to one of our friendly coffees where there will be
plenty of chatting, tea and biscuits! Fridays 12.45pm -
2.45pm at Lois’ in Wormley.
