Did you know that there are seven Children’s

Centres in the Borough of Broxbourne? A Children’s Centre provides mums, dads and expectant families with local access to a growing range of services designed to help them during their child’s first years. Some of these services include:

Drop in sessions and parenting classes
Support for fathers
Teaching about learning and development
Childcare - either on site or through partnership with private or voluntary providers and links with childminders
Home visits
Early intervention for special needs
Maternity services and breastfeeding support
General health service
Groups for young parents
Job seeking and financial advice
