Party Policies
Parties - adult supervision policy
The John Warner Sports Centre
All parties are supervised for the full hour by CRB checked
staff. After the activity has finished, children are escorted to
the Strikers Cafe and should then be supervised by the hirer
for a further 30 minutes (except pool parties). For pool
parties, children will need to be escorted to the party room which
is unsupervised and available to hire for a further 30 minutes.
Grundy Park Leisure Centre
All parties are supervised throughout the activity and for a
further 30 minutes in the designated area.
Swimming pool admission policy
Children must be accompanied by a competent adult swimmer (over
16 years) in the water according to the following ratios:
0-3 years - 1 adult to 1 child
4-7 years - 1 adult to 2 children
8 years plus - competent swimmers are able to swim on their
own
